Corporate Terms & Conditions

1. All Vessels used and props (e.g sticks, pampass grass, dried elements & ornaments) remain the property of Chiara Anne Floral Couture unless provided/purchased by client.
2. If any vessels are Broken whilst in the clients care they will be charged a fee of $15 for replacement.
3. Corporate accounts are due within 2 weeks and are invoiced weekly (Unless you have arranged another period of time with Chiara Anne)
4. An accounting fee of 5% may be incurred with late payments. Payments can be made by electronic bank. We recommend setting up automatic payments through your bank to avoid missed or late payments.
5. Payments can also be set up to be deducted automatically from a supplied credit card through Chiara Anne Floral Couture, Please note that a fee of 3% will be applied to your invoice for credit card surcharges.
6. Corporate Flowers are delivered on Wednesdays on clients selected rotation to ensure you are receiving the freshest blooms available, except on public holidays which will then be delivered on the Thursday.
7. It is the clients responsibility to maintain the flowers such as watering every second day and removing any dead blooms to ensure the design is kept looking fresh and beautiful until their replacement arrives.
8. 2 weeks’ notice required for cancellation of rotation
9. Chiara Anne Floral couture must have access to walk in and swap over the arrangement each rotation and therefore cannot provide restricted areas.
